In your freaky friday story Kara wanted to be part of the body swap SO in the spirit of the movie freaky friday getting a sequel i was wondering if You Could/wanted to make a continuation where Kara swaps with baby Danvers?
Freaky Friday 2
Supergirl. Superkid. Kara Danvers x Reader/Daughter, Lena Luthor x Reader/Daughter.
Word Count: 2430
Notes: Believe it or not, Superkid is back!
"Heyyy," Kara knocks on your bedroom door and sticks her head inside. You look up from your book and invite her in with your head. "Watcha doin'?"
"Just reading, momma."
She comes in and you squint at her hands, spotting your empathizer. Last time you used it, you ended up in Lena's body and vice-versa and the whole thing was a mess. You would love to say you have no idea why Kara is holding it, but you know your own momma well enough.
"No."
"I haven't even said anything." She says, hiding it behind herself and giving you a sheepish smile.
"You wanna trade places because I switched up with mom and you're jealous."
"I'm not jealous!" She defends herself, even though she looks jealous. "I just think I'd be better at being you than Lena."
"Well, but that's pretty obvious, isn't it? We're pretty much the same person. I have your face, your powers, and you know everything about my life since you're clearly obsessed with me."
"HA HA. Wouldn't you like to be Supergirl for a day?" And yet no comeback for the 'obsessed' part.
You furrow your brows at the thought, "not really, I'm good."
"We could have a bet as well!"
You furrow your brows at her, then call her with your hands. Kara throws herself in your bed, and you hug her as soon as she is close enough, "What's going on? Why don't you wanna live your own life?"
"That's not it." She huffs, upset with the accusation, pouting the slightest.
"Alright." You kiss her forehead for reassurance. "Tell me the real reason and I'll do it."
She bites the inside of her mouth. "You and Lena have this crazy connection. She looks at you and knows what you're thinking. Then you two went ahead and switched bodies which only made the connection grow stronger."
"So you are jealous."
"I guess." She shrugs. "I just want that too."
"I don't understand. I feel like you and I have a pretty great connection too." You reach for the empathizer on her hand. "But I guess this is what I made this for. So I could understand how you feel."
"Yeah?" She perks up in bed. "Really?"
"Anything to make you happy, momma." You click it and soon enough…
"Oh whoa!" Your body gets up from the bed, Kara looking at it with admiration. "I feel like I'm 17 again."
"You are 17 again. Wait, that's a movie reference, isn't it?" You ask a grinning Kara, having way too much fun inside your body.
You don't get it. Really, why would Kara want to be in your body? There's nothing new for her.
"I think I understand quantum physics now."
"No, you don't." No, she doesn't.
"Hey loves, what are you two doing?" Lena shows up at your bedroom door, and there you go again. Having to explain this nonsense.
"We're freaking Friday."
"It's Sunday morning."
You roll your eyes at Lena. Surely she does this on purpose.
You show her the empathizer so you don't have to explain it better. "We're switched! Momma wanted to be young again."
Lena all but rolls her eyes. "Didn't we have enough problems when you and I did it?"
Kara finally takes her eyes away from the mirror. "I'm sure this will be smooth sailing."
"Famous last words."
You barely make it two steps out of bed when it hits you—a sudden, overwhelming surge of energy flooding your entire body. It's like you’ve plugged directly into the sun. Your vision sharpens to the point where you can see individual dust particles floating in the air, and when you grip the bedpost to steady yourself, it splinters under your hand.
“Oh, crap!” you blurt out, staring at the now-shattered bedpost in disbelief.
Kara—well, your body—frowns a bit. "Language! It's not because you're in my body that I'll let you curse now."
"You just made this less fun."
You’re still trying to get your bearings when Lena crosses her arms and leans against the doorframe, a smirk spreading across her face. “Smooth,” she says, biting back a laugh. “I always thought Supergirl could handle a bit more sunlight than that.”
You glare, but it’s ruined when your hand crushes yet another thing. Lena’s eyes follow the damage with mild amusement. "Careful, babygirl. We’d like to keep the house intact."
“This is harder than it looks! Why is the sunlight affecting me so much more?” you grumble, trying to shake off the residual rush of power, your hands trembling from the overload. You don't think you've ever realized how much power Kara had rushing through her veins the whole time, but there's certainly a difference. Maybe because you weren't really born on Krypton, or because you have Lena's DNA in the mix, you're not sure what it is, but one thing you are sure of, your momma is definitely more powerful than you.
Kara, lounging on the bed in your body, raises an eyebrow. “Harder? Nah, you’ve got it easy. I feel sluggish inside your body.” She gestures to herself, clearly annoyed by the lack of her usual strength. “I’m pretty sure you can handle a little sunlight overload.”
Lena takes a step forward, her gaze shifting between the two of you with that knowing look she always has when she’s about to make a sarcastic comment. “I give it fifteen minutes before one of you accidentally destroys something irreplaceable. Maybe the kitchen? Or some memorabilia? Kara’s always been fond of using her heat vision when she’s frustrated.”
You sigh, frustration building. “I’m trying to pretend I can be Supergirl. Cut me some slack!”
Lena chuckles softly and comes over, wrapping her arms around your shoulders. “Oh, babygirl, you’re doing fine. Honestly, this is more entertaining than I expected. I should have made popcorn.”
“You’re not helping,” you mutter, but the warmth of her embrace settles your nerves a little.
“Not supposed to,” she whispers in your ear, grinning. “I’m just here to enjoy the show.”
As you feel another surge of energy ripple through Kara’s body, you groan, trying to shake it off. “Okay, how do you turn this thing down? I’m seeing in high definition over here!”
Kara crosses her arms in mock offense. “Hey, don’t diss the HD vision. It’s useful.”
“I can see through you right now, momma. That’s too useful.”
Lena shakes her head, clearly reveling in the chaos. “Next time you decide to swap bodies, maybe don't?”
You groan again, half from the overload and half from Lena’s relentless teasing. "It was your wife's idea. And she is having too much fun with my suffering."
"I'm not having fun, I'm… seeing things from your perspective, and guess what? Things are fun!"
You breathe deep, ready to complain again when the doorbell rings.
You and Kara exchange wide-eyed glances—this is not a good time. Kara, in your body, stays frozen, while you instinctively move to use your super-speed... only to feel like you’ve been shot out of a cannon. You zoom to the front door in a blur, skidding to a stop so fast that you nearly knock your head on it.
Before you even open the door, your super-hearing kicks in, and the noise of the entire neighborhood hits you at once. Conversations from the street, the hum of traffic blocks away, and someone’s dog barking all flood your brain, making your head spin.
“Oh, no,” you whisper, clutching your temples. “Oh no, oh no...”
“Breathe, little one,” Kara’s voice calls from behind you. “You’re fine.”
“I’m not fine,” you hiss back, barely able to focus with the barrage of sounds attacking you.
Lena appears beside you, "Kara, this was a bad idea, she looks sick."
Kara, now standing just behind you, taps her fingers on your shoulder. “Maybe you should go lay down, we'll handle this.”
Lena raises an eyebrow. “Or, better yet, let me handle it, considering I'm actually me at the moment.”
The doorbell rings again, a noise that now feels like a bomb going off in your skull. You groan again, sinking against the wall, eyes squeezed shut, trying to calm the rush of super-senses flooding Kara’s body.
Kara leans over, her voice soft but amused. “I thought you said we're basically the same person.”
Lena swings the door open to reveal Maya standing on the porch, her expression friendly but turns slightly confused the second she notices the three of you standing by the door looking uncomfortable. “Hey!”
Lena smoothly steps aside to let her in, though she gives you and Kara a quick look, her eyebrow raised slightly. She doesn't have to say anything for you to know exactly what she means. Stay calm. Act natural. Blink.
You’re still adjusting to the overwhelming sensation of Kara’s supercharged senses, but when Maya steps inside, you force yourself to straighten up. “Heeeeey, Maya!” you say, a little too loudly.
Maya stops, looking at you and frowns. “Hi Mrs. Danvers.” she says, sounding uncertain. “You cool?”
Before you can stumble through an answer, Kara—your body—takes a step forward and wraps an arm around Maya’s shoulders, pulling her in with a warm but casual smile. “Hey, babe,” she says softly, her tone just right—affectionate, but not over the top. “You caught us in the middle of something.”
Maya relaxes a bit at the familiar greeting, leaning slightly into Kara’s touch and you know your mom is playing the part, but you are a little jealous that you're not the one holding your girlfriend close right now. “Oh, really? What were you doing?”
Kara freezes for a second, desperately trying to come up with something that sounds plausible, but you know your momma and even though she has been doing this whole secret identity for decades, she still manages to say just the wrong thing.
So you intervene with a half truth, you're so used to giving Maya by now. “Just... some mother-daughter bonding time. You know, she seems to think that the bonding between Lena and I — and her is stronger than ours."
"What?" Maya looks at your body with confusion written all over her face. "What are you talking about? Your momma is your best friend."
"Jamie is her — MY best friend." Kara catches herself just in time too.
"No, she's not." Your girlfriend rolls her eyes. "We both know Kara is your best friend. You told me that on our first date."
"You did?" Kara turns to you and you widen your eyes at her. "I mean, I did. I did say that."
"You did, little one." You try, breath caught in your lungs because of the situation and also because the whole sun thing is starting to become a little too hard to bear it. "Because I am your best friend and you love me more than anyone! So you don't —" You hold the doorframe a little too strong and it cracks under your touch, you freeze for a second but Maya doesn't seem to notice it. "You don't need to prove this to yourself, because I — YOU wouldn't be who you are today if I weren't there every step of the way."
"Oh." Kara's eyes are full of tears instantly, and Maya holds her tight when she sees it.
"It's okay, babe. Your momma is right, you know how jealous I am of the bond you two have. I wish my mom and I would talk about everything like you do with Kara."
Lena clears her throat on the other side, and Maya looks at her with wide eyes. "I mean, I'm jealous about you guys' relationship as well! You guys are solid."
"Solid." Lena repeats, still a bit suspicious.
Maya looks between you and Kara again, her features easing just a little. “You still seem kind of off. Are you sure everything’s fine?”
Kara quickly nods in your body, still too emotional to talk.
Lena steps in smoothly with her usual calm. “Oh, they’ve been cooped up inside all morning, you know how they get.” She throws a quick look at you and Kara. “Right?”
You nod quickly, trying to mirror Kara’s usual nonchalance. “Yeah. Exactly. Just… UGH” You groan and turn around quickly, feeling your eyes burning, your heat vision seconds away from hitting everything on the way.
Kara, in your body, laughs way too loud to get the attention out of you. “Bro, we're totally fine!”
You breathe out trying to calm yourself and you seem to manage to get the heat vision in check, so you turn around blinking rapidly. "There was something on my eye."
Maya’s gaze lingers Kara's body for a moment longer, but she shrugs it off, stepping back toward the door. “Okay, bro... I was just stopping by to see if you wanted to grab coffee or something.”
Kara jumps in quickly, a little too eager. “Oh, that sounds great! But maybe later? We’re kind of... in the middle of our family time.”
Maya hesitates but eventually nods. “Okay... I guess I’ll see you later then?”
Kara gives her one last smile, leaning in to kiss Maya lightly on the cheek, just enough to keep up appearances without overdoing it. “Yeah, definitely. I’ll call you, babe.”
You shoot her a look, practically screaming at her with your eyes. Tone it down!
Maya grins, clearly satisfied with that, and heads out the door. As soon as it closes, you let out a huge breath, your shoulders slumping in relief. “That was... too close.”
Kara wipes her brow, laughing softly. “Well, I think I nailed it. She doesn't suspect a thing.”
Lena smirks, arms crossed. “Sure, if by ‘nailed it’ you mean gave her a thousand new questions to think about.”
You groan, running a hand through Kara’s hair. “Yeah, well, let’s hope she doesn’t ask them anytime soon. Now," You stare at Kara's hands shaking from sun overload. "Would you please change back? I swear I feel like I'm about to explode."
"Yeah, yeah." Kara uses the super speed to go to your bedroom and comes back with the empathizer in hands. You breathe in relief. "But just because you told Maya I'm your best friend on your very first date!"
You roll your eyes at her, but soon she presses the button and you're back at your own body. Rao, you think you might appreciate your body way more now!
"Well, I'm just glad this whole thing is over without any section of the house being destroyed." Lena smiles and Kara looks at you with a mischievous smile.
after a comment by @edledamianfan about A B C supports for my DC fire emblem units I got a little thinking done and decided to make a A B C support between two of DC characters I made into fire emblem units.
(note: to be honest I only thought about their epilogue so that is what I'll go with I will also throw in their title names like they do with most fire emblem games when you beat them)
The two characters I'm giving a epilogue and are too personal favorites the two super brothers:
jon Kent: kid of steel. Conner Kent: boy of steel
After the war ended the king of Faerghus/emperor of Adrestia/leader of the Leicester alliance offered Jon and Conner positions as knights of the kingdom/empire/alliance positions that both boys turn down they then told the king/emperor/leader that the reason for helping them in their war aside from helping them put an end to it was to find their family from who they had been separated before they even met him/her at the academy. As thanks for their service in the war the King/emperor/leader put together an investigation team to find their missing family. After a month of searching news of their whereabouts were found and the boys went to the farm when the boys arrived they were greeted with both their parents and grandparents with brilliant smiles and warm embraces which they had missed so much. It is said that both boys spent the remainder of their days happily tending to the family farm and passing it on generation after generation.
