Lucy calling alex after myriad doesn't even make sense. Alex was on the run, off grid, Lucy did not know she and j'onn had come back. So, either lucy assumed alex would return because kara was in danger, that was kara's phone not alex's (which tbh makes my lil superlane heart happy) or lucy and alex have been in contact this whole time. Which while it makes sense since alex needed info on cadmus, would be difficult and need a lot of burner phones.
