so basically sam wants to date emma but she made this pact with marie, but he is like 'what if marie had someone to date' and emma's like ig that would be ok. so sam chooses jordan bc duh and instead of paying them (bc jordan is rich im p sure) sam promises to invite jordan to things and help them get into luke's inner circle (they aren't friends yet) bc it would boost jordan's socials and therefore rating if they date marie. so they're like sure whatever except they actually fall for marie. she ofc has no idea about the deal. so there's some kind of event or gala or dance or something and emma goes with sam and marie goes with jordan. so that's when jordan's like wait i actually like her this feels icky. so they go to sam and they're like deals off imma keep dating her but not for you. sam's like whatever bc as long as they are dating. except marie overhears. and she is understandably furious. emma's also a little mad but she sees that jordan actually does care about her. then jordan does some big romantic gesture i havent thought of yet to apologize and get her back. and they all live happily ever after. and there's no horrible humiliating poem reading.
