There is some kind of feature called Pokemon Jobs. I can’t read Japanese so I have no idea what that means, but based on the name it may or may not be the local version of Poke Pelago/Super Training

There was a weird looking Rotom that seemed to be made of clouds or rocks and it might be a new Regional Variant or a new Form like the appliances or it might just be part of Pokemon Jobs and I have no way of knowing for sure yet

Bede is very stuck up and haughty based on his body language so he’s probably a Jerk Rival

Marnie is stoic and very prim and proper based on her body language, especially when compared to Team Yell, but I can’t read her dialogue and we’ve been burned before

So people are speculating that kalos went to war with galar, and galar has dynamax pokemon where are the pokemon kinda just gets bigger.

And in the kalos region one of the little minigames you could do to raise your pokemon's EVs is super training. And when super training you have your pokemon kinda shoot these football things at giant balloon pokemon....maybe that was kalos' way of training against galarian giants?
