And now we come to a majestic sight to anyone off the coast of Akkadios. *Zzzt* With an elegant form, it swims through the sea, leaping up and putting on quite the impressive show. Sigh... *Zzzt*, I wish the Professor would take me to see it soon, but you just can't predict when a Primarina will Gigantamax.

PRIMARINA, Gigantamax Form - The Soloist Pokémon - A Water and Fairy-type Pokémon. It uses its mighty size to peform even more spectacular performances. Its voice can manipulating the water, creating mighty tidal waves and whirlpools.

And now we see a Pokémon tied to myths of the *Fzzzt* Akkadios Uplands... and really putting into question the history of Dynamaxing. Ya see... the existence of a Gigantamax Form of Torterra is at odds with the thank that for the last 10,000 years, Dynamax and Gigantamax forms were believed to be constrained to the Galar Region... so how did this guy appear? *Bzzt*

TORTERRA, Gigantamax Form - The Continent Pokémon - A Grass and Ground-type Pokémon. It is said that due to its size, Torterra hosts an entire ecosystem on its back. Legends tell of a Torterra deep below an ancient mound, with only its colossal sturdy tree visible.

Alright, who started leaking Dynamax Energy all over Akkadios? *Zzzt* Looking at you, Eternatus!

In all seriousness, we have no idea why new Giganatmax's started showing up all over the place, but it's fascinating to think about. Take this colossal Noctowl *zzzt*. We've seen one or two flying high and the sky, and now I keep flinching every time I see a cloud!

NOCTOWL, Gigantamax Form - The Owl Pokémon - A Normal and Flying-type. From flying high above, they can clearly see far stretches of land with great clarity thanks to their adapted eyes. A number of their feathers have fused to form a bronze-like armour.

Dynamax.

A force that takes Pokemon to their extreme, Dynamaxing is an immense power that allows Pokemon to grow to titanic sizes, and can enhance the Pokemon's inner potential even further with powerful Gigantmax forms. First discovered nearly 20,000 years ago in the Galar Region, the transformation stemmed from the emergence of the Legendary Pokémon Eternatus. When it emerged, Power Spots were created across the region that imbued Pokemon with this power of Eternatus. For so long, it was believed this phenomenon was limited to Galar... but it seems Akkadios has other ideas.

Tales have long spread of a colossal Torterra living in the Akkadios uplands, permanently imbued by Dynamax energy, and trainers have been discovering more Pokemon with distinct Gigantamax forms. And given there's been no record of Eternatus in the Akkadios region, it leads many to theorise what could've caused this transformation. Could other legendary Pokemon exist that radiate this power.
