30 week 5 day update!! We had a growth ultrasound this morning he's looking big measuring 2 weeks ahead at 4lbs 4oz, though I don't trust those too much. Look at those cheeks though 😍😍😍 . My fluid levels look good. I have a huge pocket of fluid in my upper right quadrant. So that's why he's been able to kick so hard. He is head down now which I was kind of suspecting. So far so good with the gestational diabetes. Basically everything is good, just measuring big which is typical. We'll see baby in 4 weeks for another growth check.
