I'm not quite sure what I'm doing with these cards. I've had several different decks of oracle cards for years, but never really used them with any regularity.
I stumbled upon a Gabby Bernstein IG post a few weeks ago, right after my mom came home from the hospital. I was still reeling a bit from all that was to be done, and my role in it. I don't remember exactly what the post was, but it seemed like a gift from the universe. An almost tangible "You're going to be okay, kid," message. I watched a few more of her IG reels and checked out her books. Super Attractor, and it's companion card deck, seemed to jump out at me.
I think I will start by using the card pulls as a journaling prompt. Also possibly as a meditation guide. I've tried meditating on and off for years but never stick with it. Hmmm, I see a pattern here. Time to put a little more effort into a spiritual wellbeing practice. My nature is to flit from thing to thing, like a butterfly among the flowers. Now that life is more complicated that tendency won't benefit me as much as a dedicated routine. Time to figure out exactly what that looks like for me.
