THEIR RELATIONSHIP IS JUST SO MAGICAL AND ANCIENT AND PURE I JUST ? when kali finds ash at the mansion after gwen’s death and takes care of him like ksjdklsajdklasjdlka .she saves his life ?! ash was close to death and had pretty much given up on life when she found him and yet she swoops in and helps him stand up again, and that’s something which ash is so thankful for. he cannot even begin to express how grateful he is for kali and all the things shes done for him, and whilst ash isn’t exactly the best at expressing that ? he will always love and appreciate her forever and ever like wow
when ash becomes a god i hc they meet up as frequently as possible. and every time they do ash brings her a bouquet of the most beautiful flowers ? and they sit together on a hill surrounded by nature with a picnic containing lil berries and cheese sandwiches like they used to do when he was a kid ? and ash even saves a whole ass room for kali at his and gwen’s mansion whenever she pops round ? like their relationship is probably one of the most consistent things he has in his life. that’s not to say that his dynamic with gwen isn’t also incredibly strong, yknow, because she’s his literal soulmate but kali is almost like his kindred spirit ? if that makes sense ? like they rarely hits bumps and they’re constant. they do the same activities and walk the same walks but it’s never monotonous its just so strong and pure and safe. their dynamic is so healthy, for both ash and hopefully for kali too. ash will cherish kali until the end of time itself.
