   Alistair was still awake when Will and Gemma got home from meeting with Duncan. Ali felt a tad left out considering their get together was all about discussing him. At least, that’s how he thought of it. “Dad, am I going to have to go live with Duncan?” He asked sadly. Will scooped him up and sat on his bed with him. “No, buddy, you don’t have to live with anybody that you don’t feel safe with.” Will explained, brushing Ali’s hair out of his eyes. “I don’t want to live with him! I want to live with you, and mommy, and Layla!” Ali declared in a panic. Will shook his head. “Me, Duncan, and your mommy will work something out that’s in everyone’s best interest. Like what if he came over to the house to see you, would that be okay?” The thought of that idea made even Will a little bit nervous.
