Wake up, kiddo! I made us some breakfast, make sure to have some fruit and then we'll go out to the park today and ride some bikes and have a little picnic. It's a lovely sunny day today.

Can you pick the plushie you wanna take with you today? You want to bring that one? What a great choice, I bet they'll have lots of fun with us today. :)

Enjoy the sun: Try to study outside as much as you can. You should lock in but shouldn't lock yourself inside your house. It is time to go outside, it is time to enjoy the sun. Put a blanket on the grass, find a bench, sit on your balcony, whatever you want, but exit your dark room and breathe in some fresh air. No more lamps for you, just the warm light of the sun.

Find a new tea flavor: goodbye winter tea, time for floral tea, for iced tea, for fruity tea, for everything fresh and sweet.

Declutter your desk: put away old notes, mugs, pens that don't work anymore, etc. everything that doesn't represent you anymore and that just feels overstimulating has to go. You don't have to throw it away ofc, but put it in a closet or a drawer. Your study space has to feel clean and peaceful.

Fresh flowers: never a better time to buy yourself some fresh flowers. It is both a form of self love and a way to make your space feel more alive, fresh and colorful. It doesn't have to be something expensive, some daisies will do it.
