there's an air of curiosity coming from seonghwa as he peers over at dae-ho, patient while the other struggles to choke out his question. he figures because of the scared aura the other carries with him, that this was something that meant a lot to him, though he couldn't decipher what exactly was on his mind. that is [ ... ] until the younger brings up jihyun and his interest in men and his brows raise in surprise as he clicks his tongue thoughtfully.

"well, i guess hyung likes people who are kind and gentle ... he wants someone he can have a conversation with, you know? on a deeper level. he's the intellectual type⸺so he wants someone who's smart like him, even if it's not academically. you don't have to be a scholar, but you can't be a total idiot. just have a topic you're super knowledgable in." he clicks his tongue. "he likes people who can make him laugh, they also have to like animals. he's got a cat who he literally raised like his daughter. if you don't like her or she doesn't like you? that's a total deal breaker for him. you also have to be someone who will let him coddle you because he's such a mother hen. it's annoying sometimes but ... it shows how much he cares for you."

"as for gifts, he's an artist so get him new pens to work with for his sketchbook, or since he loves to paint, go above and beyond and get him a whole new set of paints. i think he likes watercolors? or get him stuff for his cat." 

there's a brief pause. eyes are widening in realization.

"holy shit dae-ho, don't tell me ... you actually like hyung that way? oh my god i have to tell cheol-min immediately." 

then comes the series of nods and a bright grin. 

"of course he would like you back! you're the sweetest guy ever, there's literally no reason why he wouldn't say yes to you. you just have to be bold and ask him out first! get him flowers, chocolates ... the whole sha-bang. well⸺maybe not chocolates, thats something i would like, but he really loves fruits. his favorites are pineapples so you can bring him a platter or bowl of those and he'd be happy."

"You're blowing this waaaay out of proportion. There's just no way." And it was making her nervous. And it was currently ruining her life. Rumi was well aware that @sunscoped was the type to take things too far. Those bratty "can't say no to me" tendencies usually took center stage when his enthusiasm took over. It was why he was such a hit with fans (and a target for Soo-Jin), the man was sunshine in a bottle.

She holds the brown paper bag out, the top rolled and crumbled in her fist as Rumi tries and fails to hand it back as impolitely as he'd given it to her. "Not to mention that talking about my- OUR intimacy is just weird. You're @lawscoped's brother for crying out loud. Have a little sense."

But the math sort of... checked out? He wasn't wrong when he'd pointed out she usually didn't make a stink about ginger. [Ugh, but the smell had been pungent. It totally ruined the whole meal.] It hadn't been very long since the last time she'd spent any time with Min but two weeks was enough for something to... germinate.
