#sunrise date

👆 That was literally my reaction when I read that OMG 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Spontaneously decided to have a sunrise date with my loml! 🤗

We were supposed to go out at around 5 in the morning but since it was very cold, we ended up going out at 6. It was also very cloudy so we were doubting to see the sun. Timely enough as soon as we arrived on our usual spot, the sun was already peeking!

We were hesitant for a while because it was windy and freezing outside. Although I was wearing a coat, knitted scarf and even brought my blanket scarf, the cold was still biting!

Gian was the one fixing the camera settings, which obv failed but it's all good, and his hands were already freezing. He kept saying I should just stay on my spot and do poses so he could just run towards me after the timer gets set on.

We quickly took pictures and videos so we could go back to the car immediately. Besides, the sun has already crept in but the clouds seem to settle for long. It was a fun bleak morning, just the two of us mindless of the surroundings except for the view that we came for.

I only found out that morning's temperature which is 10.6°–10.4° when we got home!

Btw, this is also the same spot where we took our sunrise pictures on my birthday from 2019. ☺

Afterwards, we had our breakfast. To fully indulge the cold weather, we decided to be seated on the outdoor seats.

We had our usual rice meal order, fries and hot cocoa. I love spending breakfasts with Gian as we talk about life! Just two grown people with mature conversations.

Since all the trails were indefinitely closed, we decided to go back to the Bamboo eco park instead while it was early and not crowded. Lucky enough though, it was just us and a couple doing their prenup shoot.

I've been craving for taho too so I was very lucky that there was a lone vendor inside the premises. We had strawberry and ube flavored tahos! 🥰

We were able to enjoy the place, feeling as if we were in cold Japan. We took several photos and even goofed out together doing jump shots as if we were kids, or more likely a couple doing their own fake prenup photos. 😆

Since it was getting warm and we didn't want to go home yet, we just parked and slept inside the car for about 3 hours. We were so sleepy since we slept at past 2AM. Gian even told me he wasn't able to sleep despite shutting his eyes off until his alarm had already set off.

I woke up ahead of him when I felt the sun on my eyes. And then I took several selfies, hehehehehe, and waited for him to wake up.

At about 5PM we decided to go have our early dinner so we could go home early as well since it was very cold anyway. We had our usual group meal, (yes, just for us two lol and then we bring home the extra) and took us about an hour inside the resto. We were just laughing and poking each other while eating and singing along to the resto's playlist. Gian is the #1 lyrics changer you would ever meet. 😅
