ღ♥ღ ☆°♪♬~ Dear Family & Friends~ when we try to apply for any management positions, the first requirement is always the “management experiences/skills.” If you’ve worked in the management position, you’d have noticed that the most difficult part of the job isn’t to manage projects but the individuals and the team. As a leader, it’s unlikely to pleased the whole team. Complainants and disrespects could always be seen while managing the team. However, a good leader shouldn’t be biased and/or having preferences towards the staffs’ personalities or job performances. Instruct and train employees patiently, clearly and thoroughly. Have employees understood when and what they need to do.
