Getting a sixpack is so frustrating to get the lower abs you have to be so strict with your diet. I'm not on steroids and haven't been taking protein shakes in over a year. I prefer being shedded than bulky and as a dancer this suits me better. It's really hard to decide sometimes between some haribo or gluten free cakes and having the body I need.
