sometimes self care is putting on super simple songs for your children without judging yourself for doing so. at least for me it is. i have such mixed feelings about screens - even more concern about screens & children. yet i would like to be balanced in every area of my life & would like to approach life without judgements of myself or others - so for my own peace of mind, i say to myself : it is okay to take the time you need, regardless of what anyone else tells you is right or wrong, as a parent/mother, you know what is right for your child. we should all respect each other without judgement - only love & understanding. self care is not in this small box of bath essentials. it’s in the small ways you choose to love yourself & the people around you everyday. that in itself will show in a million different forms. i hope everyone has a wonderful, fulfilling day✌🏽✨💓 * * * * * * #nojudgement #onlylove #motherhood
