Today’s #sundaybreadday was cinnamon buns for brunch! Slightly over-baked, and not quite enough filling. Might try a different recipe next time, but overall happy with them for a one-rise, dairy-free option.
I also made a slightly belated Pi Day pie yesterday!! I am Very Proud of how my crust turned out!! It’s buttery and flaky and cooked well without a blind bake. The filling was canned apples, easy but underwhelming. High key excited for cherry season this year…
