The hardest part about moving to the east coast is accepting that I can’t be physically present for every milestone and special celebration. This little man’s first birthday celebration is today and I couldn’t be happier to call such a lovely child my “nephew” (My office title is Tia-Prima jaja). I’m so excited that he’s almost mastered the skill of walking meaning he might be as smart as me (according to my mom I walked at 9 mo 😎) and I’m happy I get to see him grow up even if it’s through random Snapchats and Facebook posts. — Little Mateo, Feliz Cumpleaños!
