Ingredients: 2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and diced. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: In a blender, combine the diced peaches, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely set. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the molds briefly and gently pull the popsicles out.
