#sumbeing

Everyone wish sumbeing a happy birthday! I got up early to make coffee and croissants out of a can. I think croissants out of a can are now my favourite food, they're so damn clever.

Chris and I are spending the evening in with my aunt. This year we aren't even playing the 'Electric 80s' CD and I think I'm going to be going to bed shortly. 

This morning after fewer than five hours of sleep I threw myself out of bed and like the domestic goddess which I am not and tried to make gingerbread. It went moderately well actually. Chris and I somehow made it to Bristol. Our train was cancelled but we got what turned out to be the first train of the day and then a lift. We even got seats, I kept drifting off and waking up to blearily poke Chris and go “where are we I like those buildings ooh is there normally a lake there??”
