I have made my peace with the colour blue.

Woke up from a late-morning dream with the words: "sometimes the reward is its own punishment and the punishment is its own reward" swirling around my head.

I don't have old flames as in past relationships. I have complicated feelings about places that I loved but wasn't compatible with.

I think a lot about pensions for someone who is eternally surprised to live to see another week.

Great news! It turns out it's all OK and always was all OK. Really hope I don't forget that again and believe everything is a complete and unredeemable disaster.

Breathing exercises aren't enough, I need to make an epic journey to the place I once called home (get the train to Canterbury) and seek the wisdom of a healer (start therapy again).

Back home to my daylight lamp, vagus nerve stimulation device, electric blanket and vibrating lumbar heat belt.
