[Video] Sakiyama Tsubasa as Mogami Yuuki in “Secret~Memories From the Forest~”

This is just something I felt like doing to brush up on my translation and subbing skills as it’s been a while since I’ve done any subbing work. And since it kind of turned out okay, I decided to post it for fun xD

This is from part 2 of the Sumabo Movie, with Sakiyama Tsubasa as Mogami Yuuki! :D I did take screenshots from this part in late 2017, and you can find those: HERE This part shows some of Yuuki’s fainthearted and timid side, which is quite adorable to see, even though he tries to stay strong for Hime. Especially when she’s thinking that he’s not reliable (poor boy >.<). But this is one of my many favourite scenes throughout the movie! ♥

I decided to leave it on a cliffhanger so then it doesn’t ruin it for those who haven’t seen it yet, plus it leaves a bit of a mystery to it as well xD Plus if there’s any mistakes, I do apologise for them as some sentences were a bit tricky to translate when there wasn’t much to go off of, and it’s been a while so I’m a bit rusty xD

A new project for tsubasa has been announced : 

Sumabo Movie N°8 if i’m not mistaken the movies are DVD with 3 routes dating stories like a dating sim. The number 7 was with mario kuroba : 

Sumabo Movie #9 cast has been announced! This movie still use the main theme “The Heroine is You!”

The Heroine can choose three routes with 3 different guys from the heroine’s point of view.

This movie’s theme is “Apparel Industry Story” which involved around three young men’s struggle to make their fashion brand succeed!

Three main actors : Kosaka Ryotaro, Asuma Kousuke, and Takahashi Kensuke

Other Cast : Hirata Yuuichiro, Yokota Ryugi

So this was what Imari was hinting at yesterday! Filming for it has started today. 

The movie will star:

Quick summary of the synopsis:

You’re the main character and you get in touch with your uncle whom you were very close with in your childhood. You decide to visit his place which is a fancy Western style house up in the mountains. Upon arriving, your uncle does not appear to be in the house instead three unfamiliar, handsome men await you. You don’t know who they are but they claim to know you. What kind of story will unfold?

Shouri appeared in Kousuke’s Sumabo broadcast this week! The traffic was too high, I got kicked out a lot lol. But I was able to listen to half of it.

Some of the events that I remembered:

The first part was they just introduced their current projects and stages. They also talked about Haisute, and about Shouri’s role there as “Tetsuko” haha. He said that the team members in Seijou kept on calling him names like scary, gorilla, and Kenshirou (from Fist of the North Star)! Especially Sonde, he was the one who kept calling him Kenshirou. Kousuke also shared that when they were at the bench, Sonde (Makki) would tease him about Tetsuko liking him (In Shouri’s role for Winners and Losers, he also played as one of Oikawa’s fangirls who was really obsessed with him).

A part of the program is where Kousuke prepares a smoothie for his guests, he was supposed to prepare a pineapple smoothie but put bitter gourd and pineapples in the mix. It turned out unexpectedly delicious.

Shouri also said that he likes Okinawa, and the he loves diving because he’s an umi otoko (dunno how to translate this in English, umi = sea, otoko = man). Kousuke mentioned that he wants to try surfing too, and Shouri said he can also surf, and other than that he also does wakeboarding.

Before I got kicked out of the broadcast, they were doing card questions. The first question was “What sports are they good at (other than volleyball) and what sports are they bad at” Both of them answered baseball!
