8: Eyelid Kiss and 13: Stomach Kiss

When Bellamy was young, his mother always told him that a kiss made things better. Like when he would fall and scrap his knee, she would kiss it better. She did the same thing for Octavia, it was just what happened in his family.

He didn’t realise how much it impacted on his behaviours until he was on the Ground with Octavia, who was constantly getting hurt.

(When she’d run back into camp limping and bleeding on that first day, he’d nearly done it in front of all the 100, which would have been fantastic in helping him gain control.)

So when he came back to camp after a particularly rough hunting trip, he’d gone to spear a deer and he hadn’t noticed he was near a steep hill, he’d fallen. He’d walked away from it but he was admittedly bruised and battered from it. The most obvious was a deep cut on his eyebrow.

He didn’t realise how much he’d missed receiving the kiss, until Clarke was standing next to him, rubbing an antiseptic lotion over the cut. He felt his heart clench and he missed his mother, he missed her warmth and her strength.

He hadn’t even noticed he had closed his eyes until the lightest sensation fell across it. He flickered them open to see Clarke watching him from under her eye lashes, only a few inches from his face.

“Does anywhere else hurt?” she asked gently, brushing away a stray drop of blood from the cut. Without a thought, he lifted his shirt to show her the growing bruise on his stomach.

Her fingers softly palpated the bruises and the skin around it, he hissed at the touch of her cold fingers to his heated flesh. After she mumbled some words to herself and then nodded, she leant her head down and brushed a soft kiss over his stomach.

“A kiss makes it all better,” she whispered.

“Maybe I need a few more then.”

I'm absolutely in love with this story... It's different than the usual bellarke fan fiction and that's what makes it so special and good..can't wait to read more... Update soon :)
