This works as a reference, his colors swatches are the buttons on the monitor :D
More sudo-e! This is his finalized design after spending more time on it. He has no actual arms, just a rough (non-coliding) mesh that approximates where the arms would be. He’s got screen tearing on his face, the tears use different colors.
He does not have eye strings, as his control doesn’t need anything more than him saying/typing what he wants done. He cannot hypnotize anyone from outside of the computers he’s trapped in. If he had access to your code, well, that’d be a different story.
His text is a bit rollover bug! (More famous in the Wandows error images) Every 8th character sudo-e speaks or types with move one value up in ASCII, so the space becomes an !, O becomes P, E becomes F, and suchforth. It’s a VERY niche reference but I think it adds to his error-ness VERY specifically.

First pass at an Error form of Baggs. His name is a old linux code for doing things above what permissions should allow. The -e is to edit files instead of running commands, ie making other files do things ie hypnotism in code :D
It’s capable of great damages to all kinds of systems!
The character sudo-e (yes always lowercase) did not heed warnings of obtaining too much power over others, and ended up crashing his universe into a state that no longer functions. He remained, alone, as the superuser in control of everything, but is trapped within screens and such. He can help you get computers and other technology to connect to other technology it shouldn’t have access to, but he wants to spend some time with you in exchange.
He’s very lonely.
