Saria’s ancestors had affairs with fairies, but these fairies are known to be malignant and known to cause harm humans, although they are known to have ambiguous morals so they are willing to help the humans they associated with but would leave them be and their blood grants a side effect that could be their advantage when performing thaumaturgy.

Her mother is Japanese with Southeast Asian descent while her father is fully British. 

Saria’s blood was almost black which is considered both good and bad. Good because being mixed blood, she doesn’t need to be taught from square one with the magecraft, instead she is taught how to manage them instead and deal with the side effects coming with her.

The Reeds lived in the countryside and prefers not inserting themselves in the mage society. Also because the countryside is compatible with their magecraft.

Her paternal grandmother and her aunt are the ones who still have mixed blood and took her under their care to train her so her body could get used to the side effects the blood came with. 

Having fire as her elemental affinity as well as Imaginary numbers, she generates warm temperature from her hands and stores it on her palms to keep herself warm. Due to her body temperature being abnormally cold as per being born mixed.

Her parents often goes out on a business trip leaving them under the care of their grandmother and aunt. She develops closer bond with her grandmother and younger brother than her aunt due to how strict she was during tutor and couldn’t tell if she was degrading her or not or even both.

Outside of magecraft, she is known to be quiet as a child who prefers to work alone and has bad social skills.

She was encouraged to attend therapy and was accompanied by her grandmother.

Her favorite season/s are spring and summer.

Her favorite flowers are camellias and hyacinths. 

Saria’s favorite pastime is gardening

She is bad at drawing hands.

She is known to have long hair, long enough that it reaches her calf, she mentioned that it it was past her waist when she was seventeen years old. She kept it in a single braid or kept it in a bun similar to Artoria’s (c/o Bedivere).
