That's not really how that works! Subdermal means it's below the skin, while transdermal means it's poking through the skin. So it can only be one or the other.

If you mean using a silicone dome horn implant as a base for a transdermal, with the way transdermals are designed, no. However, I would recommend contacting Samppa von Cyborg to see if he would be able to make a custom subdermal/transdermal for you.

The problem with horn length is that the larger it is, the more likely it is to get snagged on things and that will really irritate the implant. In addition to that, it would be heavy, even when made from light materials.

I don't think you would be able to combine a silicone and titanium implant because they have to connect *somewhere* and that somewhere is likely a good place for bacteria to grow.

I think your best bet would be to draw up however long you want your horns to be (or edit a photo, or just simply have some sort of reference), and either email Samppa directly to see if he has any insight (they ask for photo ID and such to clear you for questioning because anti-body mod folks have harassed them previously), or post your idea to the Rusty Cyborg Body Modification Club on Facebook and get some thoughts from other body mod artists and enthusiasts.
