Last batch of Subaru progress
In the end the hakama pattern didn't work out completely - I can't say if this is bc I mismeasured somewhere or mixed up inch and centimeter at one point or if the pattern has a general problem. But since Krone had the same issue with her hakama, useing the same pattern, I tend to believe it's the later thing.
Nonetheless, Mycroft identified the problem and it was easy enough to fix.
And after agonizing about the spaceing of the cord way to much and then sewing a hundretsomething buttonholes, I was finally done.
Yes it has pockets, which you can reach through the sideslits of the hakama.
Now I don't want to sew white for the forseeable future. Or something so big, I have to work on my floor again. My back did not like going back to this after enjoying my cutting table for the last two years.
And that's the new wig. And that I really like.
Overall I really like how all of this came together although I did not particually enjoy makeing it. Or haveing to pack this for transport. Or ironing it.
