The LI in the sci fi game is an alien who can mold the presentation of the sensory organ you interact with to better interact with you. Thus why said organ learns to speak, see as humans do, etc. When applied to sex, this entity doesn't mind creating something to give or receive. Though you do have to pique its interest regarding sex. As a species, this alien utilizes a form of asexual reproduction, so you have to make sex sound interesting and not too mechanical. Also, this particular alien is picky about how much "useless" material it will add to itself. So penatrating appendage yes, human balls replica no. Orifice to receive penetration yes, human tits no.
