It’s about the size of the tip of my finger and I only just spotted it while heading to look at the bad boys in the next photo - a plethora of stump puffball mushrooms. Taking a few hours off to reconnect with nature in the woods. Steve nearly lost his boot in a muddy quagmire. Jeanie came home with a host of sticky weed balls matted to her undercarriage. I found a new mushroom I’d not seen before. Eva toddled along eating deer poop. We all got a good hose down before we came in. A great time was had by all.
