#stuff done

yay! i thought i'd post on a day when i got some things done that have been weighing on my mind. first,i finished my paperwork for electrical and fuel assistance for the year. filling out paperwork makes me nervous! so,i went and dropped that off at the local office. and on my way home i dropped a couple items at the library that my sister needed to return,and i renewed my library card which lapsed last spriing. they said i couldn't do it over the phone. that wasn't such a big thing because it's not as dire,but it makes me happy. so the other thing i needed to do was make an appointment to have our furnace cleaned. i hate phone calls,and i also have to ask if they can wear a mask when they come here. they'd done it before,but...anyway,the person i talked to didn't seem disgruntled about it. they have to walk through our living room to get to the balcony as the furnace is in the closet off the balcony. and we don't have the money to buy a hepa filter machine.. kn95s cost us enough,and we don't even go out that much. i'm nervous about that now,but at least i made the call and appointment.
