Remember to also take breaks and give yourself the time to breathe and relax. Don't rush. What's for you will come just in time when you are already all set and ready. Studying may play a significant role in achieving success but without the "in betweens" success is less likely to happen. So put that pen down, close that laptop, close that book and take time to appreciate stillness. Your productivity also depends on how much time you give yourself to rest. Drink that delicious coffee, eat that sweet cookie, read your favorite book, sit down and watch the sky shining in front of you. Do something good for yourself even just for 5 minutes and you can see how it impacts your work in a positive way. 💛

210320 21:39. hey everyone, how have you been doing? u can see from my last post in my tag that last semester started not in a good place... & it also ended not in a good place at all lol - a complete disaster, free-fall of a semester! but that’s in the past. i’ve (hopefully) reflected and forgiven myself for whatever the hell happened in my brain & what thought process i took back then. though that’s over, now is the consequences of my action and that turns out to be a very heavy courseload in my 3rd year [laughs]. but i can do this!
a factor on that ^ happening that i’m starting to see is that i... most probably..... have ADHD. i can’t make any confirmation rn as i havent been diagnosed, but reading this tweet (& thread) just ticked off all the right boxes to me and answered a lot of things about me, particularly my procrastination habit & why pandemic learning has been kicking my ASS. this tweet on body doubling too explain why im always more productive in public spaces like cafes and UNIVERSITY ITSELF.... god remote learning/zoomester / whatever is singlehandedly responsible for my academic downfall 👎.... but that just means i need to make new strategies. and my second pic is a strategy ^-^
