I use a few different brands:

Moleskine grid softcover - this is my personal journal, and I love it. Great quality and works really well for all the stuff I put in it. Minimalist and functional, main downside is price.

Paperage dotted journal - this is my bullet journal. It’s very cheap, and decent quality for the price, but it’s only on Amazon.

Lemome eco-notebook - this is my art journal. It’s made of cork and isn’t perfectly eco-friendly (and it’s also only on Amazon), but it is a great notebook for bullet journaling and such.

Dingbats earth journal - this is my writing journal. It’s my favourite so far I think- really great quality and while dingbats isn’t a perfect company, they do use vegan leather on their covers, reduce some of their production waste, and donate to WWF-UK (also not a perfect organisation, but hey).

I also highly recommend making your own recycled journal! They can be super cute and useful while also reusing old materials.

So, as you know when you first go into my tumblr Dean's List are one of the goals I have academically! I'm happy to say that I did it and I'm shocked and I can't believe it. I've been through so much this semester, physically, medically, and emotionally. Finding out I have a chronic illness throughout finals was stressful because it wasn't treatable and I didn't know what to do with myself, my body. The last month I was going through excruciating pain and constantly on opioids, (though I really despise taking them) and I still managed to go to my final exams and finish my final papers. I'm proud of myself for all of my hard work. All of my all-nighters, my stress, my tears, my pain...it was worth it. I'm proud to say I'm no longer a Freshman! I'm taking summer classes and adding on more credits for the Fall semester! In Summer, I'm taking Mathematics and English, 7 credit hours at my local community college. In Fall, I'll be taking Social Epidemiology, American Civ since 1700, Third year Japanese, Bio in 21st Century, and Exploring Asia! Worth 15 credit hours! I'm excited because I'm challenging myself and being back in school is something I never thought would happen for me. Getting on the Dean's List was something I never thought would happen to me...and here it is. I know I don't post much, but hopefully more personal content will be coming! (I always say that then I disappear 笑) I hope to interact with more of you! Don't be afraid to message me or leaving questions/comments in my inbox!

Studying for a map test in my asian civilizations class. A classmate made a study guide for the test and decided to share it with us! He even filled out the map and made a ppt slide for additional information on each country listed! I've been blessed. I printed out the map and outlined it because I really wanted to outline my map in a nice color gradient. I'm working on memorizing and trying not to stress out, but let's be honest...I'm always stressed. I hope I do well! It's worth 10 points and I really want to get an A in this class so I have to ace it. Or else I can't get above a B+/A- according to the professor??

Also I was using a supertip and it came out bubbly? It looked like something was growing on it. So I checked all my other supertips and they're all okay. Maybe I just didn't close that one specific supertip correctly?
