6 years ago on a Hot 🥵 throwback Thursday! Deano Mueller Studio is & was next door to this restaurant w the awning that caught Fire🔥 with my dog Wolf inside and with all my gear Drums cameras and everything else! Except the camera I was shooting outside across the street at the Time! & I remember someone saying ? “I think your studio is on fire” ! I had About 3 minutes till the fire was at My door 🚪! I ran in to get Wolfi my Shepard and try to grab my hard drive and my camera and Halliburton cases ! I grabbed the door handle it burnt my hand but Once I entered the 8x 12 big panels of glass windows in front exploded covering me with glass ! I’m thinking who just broke the windows ? “It was the heat that exploded the windows!” Then in Wolf ran and jumped into my arms in the dark ! NBlack Smoke had entered the studio I got as close to the floor as possible ...now I’m seeing the flames while inside ! I ran out with what I could grab in one big swoop and that was it ! We had great times Here with our band the Vibemasters and it was a phenomenal little studio to shoot my portraits ! I was given this photograph from someone on the street at the time of this ! I called the fire department but they went to my house 2 blocks away instead of coming here I could hear the sirens but couldn’t see fire dept! My phone was registered to my lhome apt. Address! But then they saw the smoke and realized the same thing ! But then once they got there they covered my place with water and foam 😢! I’m stoked I got my Wolfi out my cases & hard drive but that was it ! I don’t live in the past and just try to have a short memory & move on and just count my blessings!❤️🤙🏻🙏💃🤙🏻! But I wanted to say thank you for all my friends who helped me build this place !
