Wanda Harkness-Nightwalker, also known as Bewitching Hero Madame Grimm, is the top student of Class 3-A at U.A. University and the president of the Student Council Association. She is also the younger sister of the late Heka.

{Appearance

Wanda has been described as extremely beautiful by her classmates, with her dark brown skin, black hair that is styled into box braids, and brown eyes. She is of African-American descent. She is also much taller than most of her classmates and is fat.

The most unique (and terrifying) thing about Wanda is how she never raises her voice ever. Even when addressing a large crowd, her voice never goes an octave higher. No matter the situation, she speaks with a calm and soft-spoken voice.

She seems to have mobility issues as she tends to walk with a limp.

{Personality

Wanda comes off as a graceful and mature person, her presence automatically commanding respect whenever she enters a room. No matter the situation, she maintains a calm disposition. She speaks in an eloquent manner and has a way with words. Many look up to her as what a leader should be and she often humors them by giggling bashfully and blushing at their compliments.

Being that she is charismatic and sociable, it is easy for her to get people to rally behind her and it has allowed her to obtain immense popularity. This has also made her a must-have for any hero looking to have her working for them.

She is extremely ambitious and confident in her intelligence. Wanda comes out with elaborate but functional plans and they always work out. However, underneath that ambition is something more sinister.

Wanda is extremely manipulative and cunning. She knows how to get what she wants out of others and knows how to get them under her control without her Quirk. Using her charisma to get others behind her, she has built up a loyal army of supporters and followers. She is also extremely secretive, often keeping her true intentions and plans under wraps.

Whenever someone makes her mad, she goes out of her way to torment them and make their lives miserable. She takes a sadistic pleasure in this and will often watch in glee.

She has an intense hatred for the Hero Public Safety Commission as they orchestrated and assassinated her late brother. This hatred doesn't extend to any hero working for them, however, she often views them as victims of their manipulations.

Wanda is not afraid to use underhanded tactics or even resort to crimes such as murder, extortion, kidnapping, etc to further her goal in the destruction of the Hero Public Safety Commission and the birth of a better hero system. She knows what she wants and will do anything to get it.

One of Wanda's biggest flaws is her tendency to overthink. Once a thought comes into her head, she cannot get it out. Though she tries to hide this, she is embarrassed by this tendency.

Another weakness of hers is her attachment to the people she loves. She cannot help but think about how certain actions of hers will affect her loved ones even though she lacks regret for them. She often curses herself for being too considerate.

Despite her manipulative and cruel nature, Wanda genuinely loves her friends and Chris/Svetlana and genuinely wants to make a better world for citizens and heroes everywhere. She also truly wants to help villains because she doesn't see most of them as evil. Even if these wants comes at the cost of people dying and society collapsing.

{Abilities

Overall Abilities

Wanda has the power of her Quirk Witchcraft, which allows her to access powers from both sides of her family. Outside of that, Wanda is very intelligent and is great at strategizing. She is also very agile despite her size and as long as she doesn't cause her mobility issues to act up.

Outside of combat, she is capable of speaking several different languages and is skilled in ballet.

Quirk: Witchcraft

Witchcraft allows Wanda to access a number of different abilities such as telepathy, telekinesis, creation, summoning & banishment, etc by channeling her spiritual energy and performing certain gestures- similar to actual witchcraft. She is capable of using several of these abilities at once. However, we've barely just touched the surface of her power but that is a discussion for another time.

The downside to the Quirk is that it is extremely powerful, especially given how it came to be. And leaving such a Quirk unattended and uncontrolled can have disastrous results. Witchcraft, much like the actual witchcraft, requires focus, concentration, and mental strength.

Due to its use of energy, overuse will leave her feeling tired and fatigued and she will need to energize after a certain amount of time.

Wanda must also maintain a stable mental state for the Quirk to properly work.

Staff: Wanda's staff is not only useful for her Quirk, she also uses it as a walking cane. It is also good as a physical weapon.

Leg brace: Designed by Bonnie Tucker, Wanda's leg brace helps her with her balance and mobility in combat.

{Relationships

Christian "Chris"/Svetlana Yevgenievich

The love of Wanda's life and their eventual spouse upon their graduation. Chris/Svetlana is the most loyal to her and the two share the same hatred towards the HPSC and the same goal to create a better hero society and hero system. The two genuinely love and care about each other like lovers do and Chris/Svetlana is even willing to do the dirty work on their own will so Wanda doesn't have to stress herself out doing it.

Crystal Mulenga

Despite holding different ranks in the SCA, the two share a relationship of mutual respect and friendship to the point where Crystal is one of Wanda's top confidants. The two often bond over fashion and their love of the arts.

Crystal always trusts Wanda's judgement and in turn, Wanda praises her for her successes. She is one of the few people that is allowed to enter Wanda's personal office to discuss certain matters with her.

Onyx "Smokes" Oluwusi

Being that both are the top of their respective classes, the two share a professional relationship that is cordial. The two have even worked together on several occasions.

Outside of that, their relationship is nuanced and strained, especially when it comes to the Student Council Association. Wanda is frustrated with Smokes and their hostility to what her and the other students are doing. This often leads to her passive aggressive fighting with them and going out of her way to make their life miserable.

However, the cause of this is her failure to see that Smokes lacks emotional intelligence due to having been in and out of prison. Should she recognize this or it be brought to her attention, she will improve her relationship with Smokes.

Momo Yaoyorozu

Wanda acknowledges Momo's potential and sees a lot of herself in the girl. Being that they are both Black trans women, Momo finds Wanda's presence comforting despite the difference in their age, year, and rank and looks up to her.

Wanda finds the Yaoyorozu heiress interesting and often humors the girl whenever she has questions.

Miss Parker

The two share an almost mother and daughter bond, much like she does with the rest of the female students. Wanda is very protective of her teacher and is another person she humors when she has questions.

Katsuki Bakugo

Wanda sees Bakugo as nothing more than a nuisance that ruins what it truly means to be a hero and will often belittle and torment him. She is not afraid to assert her dominance over him in a fight.

Saint Harkness-Nightwalker/Heka

The two were close but still had their sibling moments. Saint was Wanda's teacher and trained her to be able to control her Quirk. When he got an offer to work aboard in Japan for the HPSC, he was able to get Wanda an offer as a foreign exchange student. His death still affects her to this day.

Bonnie Tucker

Even though their interactions are rare, Bonnie looks up to Wanda and highly respects her as both her superior and customer. She seems to get along with her over the fact that they don't really raise their voices.

A unique magic that is able to make realistic looking copies of any object or living thing, they are made from crafting materials like felt, paper, cloth, ect and so can easily be destroyed by water or fire depending on the material used

The user needs to use more magic in order to make more complicated copies like worlds or living organisms.

Whenever she creates a copy of a person or an animal that said living being cannot speak nor feel pain. So for them to speak a mini music box is embedded in their throat with the voice of the living being being immitated

• Em just like Auniro came to Night Raven under the guise of being chosen as one of the participants for it's student exchange program. She wasn't aware that Night Raven was a school for mages, so imagine her surprise when it was revealed that such things existed there

• Due to her inexperience in magic she was assigned to Louis in order to teach her the basics.

• Most people assume that they're twins, even Louis keeps calling her his twin. Em finds this weird and a bit unnerving because she has never met nor heard of Louis in her entire life, she just assumes that it's a coincidence that they look the same

• She mostly keeps her distance from Louis due to Duo telling her to be wary of him. Though that doesn't stop Louis from coming to her and interacting with her on his own

• In her first semester, she's very shy and soft spoken and would often times mumble her words. She's soft and reacts very badly towards criticism because she takes them to heart easily.

• The more the school year progresses the more she becomes lax with her personality. If from the begining she's shy and soft spoken, the more the year progresses she becomes more and more relaxed and switches her personality to a more go with the flow type

• That being said, no matter how much she keeps up with her studies and tries to get highscores as much as possible she's a dumb*ss in heart, whenever with her friends she tends to slip up and ask the most obvious questions on earth. She also has a tendency to take a minute in order to grasp a basic concept

• When going out with her friends she transforms from a shy mess into an overly excited ball of energy. Since she and her friends rarely hang out outside of school she siezes every opportunity she can get in order to hang out with them

Candy Williams, also known as Sugary Sweet Hero Candy Girl, is a student of Class 3-A at U.A. University. She is an American student who is studying aboard in Japan.

Appearance

Candy is a fairly tall young woman of Caucasian descent. She has a fair, almost pale, complexion and curly light pink hair that is entirely of cotton candy as well as emerald green eyes. She has silver braces in her mouth and a beauty mark beneath her lips. She has a slim build but is especially muscular on her arms.

When enraged or tired, her Southern American accent comes out in full.

Personality

If there's one thing that leaves others with a good impression on Candy is how much effort she puts into anything she does. Whether it be learning a different language, her schoolwork, or even just going to know a person, she always puts in a good amount of effort.

She is a very charming personality and it's hard not to fall for her. She comes off as very friendly and even a bit flirtatious at times, but it is all with good intent. Candy is also very chatty and can hold a conversation for hours at a time. Traits like these are what makes her highly requested by hero agencies.

Candy is also known for her respectful nature towards others. She is mindful of their boundaries and the climate of the crowd. This has set her apart from a majority of the American students studying aboard in Japan, as she is very respectful of the way people do things there.

Despite being from the American South, Candy is far from dumb. She's fairly intelligent and is proud of that.

If you were to ask her, she'd describe herself as a bit of a bimbo. She can be a bit air headed and even dumb at times but she has a good heart.

Candy is very loyal to her friends and family, having kept in contact with all her friends back in the U.S. and is close with all of the ones she made in Japan.

Candy has the ability to create and manipulate candy using the sugar in her body. Her hair is cotton candy that she can freely tear off and use, she can her blood comes into candy, and she can even create some other types from her body. An example of her abilities is the power to use jawbreakers as boxing gloves.

Tearing off her cotton candy hair causes her no pain and regrows instantly.

She is also immune to diabetes and other sugar related diseases.

The downside is that Candy must consume foods high in sugar and she cannot keep her blood as candy for long otherwise it'll mess with her biological processes.

Candy's older sister. The two are very close and Candy admires her sister greatly. Of course, they are siblings so there will be some banter but overall they care for each other. Lolly is often frustrated that she cannot find time in her schedule to video chat with Candy.

Kellyann Conrad

One of Candy's friends back in the U.S.

The two met when they both tried out for their high school's cheerleading team and have been friends since. Candy keeps in frequent contact with Kellyann ever since she decided to study abroad.

• The students don't particularly seem to mind her since she mostly keep to herself, though that could also be because if she's ever in alchemy or magic pharmaceuticals she always does her best to try to outsine or one up everyone in an attempt to prove herself worthy of becoming Vil's apprentice

• Everyone is mildly annoyed at her but Divus is appreciative of her enthusiasm

• Most would usually stay away due to her eccentric nature. She's mostly aloof towards everyone but acts very friendly towards her friends

• Came from a line of high ranking nobles from Slender's creek. Their family name is usually well known for making excellent perfumes and fragrances, therefore they owned a botanical garden filled with all types of exotic plants, some poisonous while others harmless

• Because of her upbringing in a small town she's very out of style with her fashion sense. This ticks off Vil for a bit but once he found out about her situation he gladly took the role of being her stylist. He's grateful that at least someone was appreciative of his efforts to improve their self image

• Cecily is very protective about her friends since she never really had anyone back at her hometown. Because of this she's very willing to use her unique magic in order to poison any one targetting her friends

• Has an undercut with a lotus flower design on it, though it's getting a bit overgrown but she doesn't bother to trim it

• Occasionally wears coloured contacts but only for aesthetic purposes. Though unlike Amy she only wears violet contacts
