Turaga Tahu has a second Turaga Tahu floating above him. It's a theoretical form of his, what he would've looked like without the golden armour. He can take it off just fine, he just never did.
The last one is technically Vahi, but it's controlling Tahus body so what difference does it actually make.

I FIXED THE RENDERING ISSUE
from left to right:
Hastof (they/them) toa (hordika in this picture) of plasma
Glatro (she/her) toa of air
Taxo (she/her) toa of earth

All members of the Toa Keethaga.
Three of them got revived on the Red Star at some point and Hastof doesn't have a voice box for no explained reason. Hastof also has a magical girl gem (a Hordika Stone) that makes them half Muaka-cat as they are in this picture, which gives them a Muaka voice box. So they can't talk but sometimes they can meow.
