Because what he could do with an often literally electric snap of his fingers could put any Troll general, irritable Drow comrade, malfunctioning construct, or wild Spell Punk could ever compare to.

But by the Lighteater did Lord Kaos beat working for Malefor, the Doom Raiders, and Cults of Elemental Evil. Fat chance a bunch of cleaners would take their chances with the Frozen ᚻᚫᛚᛟ when even its greatest devotees were lost to the cold, let alone the faithless.
