Following on from my stories.... So today hasn't been great, my head is all over the place and I can't think why so i have just gone with it... I have decided to try this week to have a "planned" week.... A schedule for my day.... I want to see whether having a routine will help with my anxiety, stress and all day worrying... I have made sure i add rests into the day, so that i start to try to relax. I find "relaxing" to feel quite a "guilty" sensation. I feel like i should be busy ALL the time and although I do my meditation and self care, its part of my busy day... im not sure i am describing that right but I hope you get what I mean...
