Did an art trade with the amazing @stressedobsessedmess and look at this beautiful drawing she gave me to color! She sent the lineart and then I colored it.

1) What techniques or spells do they tend to use a lot?

Soren likes lightning. There’s nothing like hurling the full force of a storm within a localised area at someone and watching it dance from fool to fool. 

9) How’s their aim? 

Not always great, but he has a definite idea of who he doesn’t want to burn to a crisp, or crush, which is usually enough. He likes bigger targets for sure though.

12) A battle tactic they hate?

Anything involving a lot of stealth. Soren is as graceful as a duck. Not that he doesn’t prefer not to have to fight, he’s just pants at sneaking around.

16) Complaints they might have about their comrades. What annoys them, what endangers them, what don’t they like, etc.

Usual complaints stem from people not staying where they ought to be in battle. Soren likes to keep track of where everyone is, but the warriors tend to rush off, as does Merrill, and the rogues, (read: Isabela), disappear the first chance they get. Soren tends to stick near to Varric in that case, muttering under his breath about how he should be at home while he’s casting.
