For me being different is like the sublime and ridiculous. I come to the gym I want to do some monkey bar exercises but my left shoulder is playing up so I see I can do a number of different types of inverted crunches. If you think this one is tough do you appreciate on the next video why I was only able to do a few more crunches. Perhaps you think Iβm crazy I donβt really care Iβm just me being me want to see how far I can get out of my comfort zone because if we donβt know we are never going to find out how to reinvent our impossible. Just remember these exercises are me doing it without much practice I certainly wasnβt doing them before I was 63 so all of these are new to me.
