17/1/25【連載】ストレングスファインダーについて⑮
こんばんは(^^) 気が付けば最後にこの連載を更新してから2か月近くもの期間が空いてしまっておりました・・！
最近はみなさん出勤毎にしっかりTumblrを投稿されていますね！普段は秘密のベールで隠されている（？）みなさんの近況を知ることができるので「へー！おおー！」と新たな発見を楽しみながら読んでいます(^^)♪ 時間を割いて書いてくださってありがとうございます！！そして私ももっと更新を頑張りたいです。
そして、今週は珍しいことに、1週間毎日インターン生の出勤予定があるんです！滅多にないレアウィークですね！
ただ、ふと、思ったことがあるんですよね・・・。みなさんテストは大丈夫でしょうか？？先生からみっちり教えてもらえる期間は今しかないので、勉強も含めて大学生活を満喫してほしいと老婆心ながら常日頃思っています(*^^*)
さて、ストレングスファインダーの連載を進めなくては！
前回は川本さんの3位の資質を紹介したところで終わっています。覚えていましたか？ 今回からは上位5位の資質の中の4位を紹介していきます。

今回も資質が被っていらっしゃる方がいますね。
まずは齋藤さんから紹介していきましょう！！
【学習性を強みとする人の活かし方】
・状況が刻々と変化する分野で、その変化に即応しなければならない職務を任せる。そうした変化を自分の能力に対する挑戦と見て、意欲を燃やすタイプだ。
・この人は、そうする義務があろうとなかろうと、新たな事実や技術や知識を貪欲に身につけようとする。だから、学習により適した環境を求めて、あなたの企業を離れていかないように、この人が自由に学習できて、モチベーションを維持できる方法をあれこれ考えるといい。仕事を通して学習できる機会に欠けるようなら、この人の関心が向かいそうな地元の大学や教育機関の講座に通わせるのも一案だ。ただし、この人は必ずしも昇進を望んでいるわけではないということを忘れないように。この人にとっては学習することそれ自体に意義があるのだ。学習の成果ではなく学習のプロセスそのものがこの人を活性化させるのである。

齋藤さんの場合、どの資質を紹介しても毎回同様のことを言っているような気がしますが、資質の説明の内容が、そのまま「齋藤さん」のことを指しています(ﾟдﾟ)！
本当に素晴らしいほど、齋藤さんを言語化していますよ！！
きっと、ストレングスファインダーの検査を受けずとも、資質の紹介を読んだだけで、齋藤さんがどの資質を持ち合わせていらっしゃるのか分かってしまうんだろうな、と想像できるほどです。笑
実は、私の知人の1位の資質が学習欲だったのですが、そんな彼よりも齋藤さんの方がこの資質にピッタリだと感じています。笑
そのため、ストレングスファインダーのことを調べていて、齋藤さんの資質を読むときが一番面白いんですねー(^^)/
学習欲の資質の人には変化に応じた仕事を任せると良い、と書いてありますが、確かに、変化が無い職場だと齋藤さんの場合はすぐに飽きちゃいそうですね。
そして勝手なイメージではありますが「生まれ持ったセンスや感受性が問われること（芸術の分野）」や「現場仕事などの頭をフル回転させるというよりは体力勝負」のようなものは興味の対象にならなさそうだな、と思いました。
その代わり、常に新たな情報が次々に出てきてどこまでも深く掘り下げられるような事柄（最先端の研究や技術の分野）は、齋藤さんから見ると興味深いと感じられて勉強したくなる対象になるのだと思います。 実際にいま学んでいらっしゃるのも「機械学習」など、私には全然ワカラナイ分野のことです。「人工知能のことだろうな」くらいのレベルです。笑 最近齋藤さんのブログを見たら、いろんな数式が出てきたのでそっと画面を閉じたことを思い出しました(*_*)笑
努力する上で「楽しさ」に加えて「容易さ」を必須として掲げている私からすると、齋藤さんの学習欲はただ素直に凄いなぁと感じます。 貪欲なその様子にはとても刺激をうけます。きっとみなさんも同様に刺激を受けているのではないでしょうか(^^)？ 同じチームの仲間に齋藤さんみたいな人がいるのは良いことですよね♪
