His eyes glance down at the meagre portion, only a fraction of the scrap covered with food and while Ben doesn’t want to appear ungrateful there’s a look of disdain present on his usual broody features. How she managed to keep up energy was a guess that would end in some grim observation so he keeps it ever present just at the back of his mind, far enough away to not insult her too much. A short beeping clicks from the side and Ben looks down, checking the droid with a raised brow. It’s quiet for a second before nudging the plate closer to his body nearly toppling over the food that rested on top ( if he were so brave to call it that ). He may be small but Donny was fiercely stubborn, a trait that his mother had aptly stated he had gotten from him, and he wouldn’t stop complaining until he ate.

      ‘ Then what happens in the morning? ’ he asks after swallowing a bite of dry food, the bass of his voice moving around the broken AT-AT until it bounced back. Would she just throw him to the wolves? Or would she try to find something more to eat? Ben knows about Jakku and it’s alliances, it had been on the radar for some time now especially after the Empire had begun hoarding weapons around here but Rey looked bright. Not just her personality but that light that Ben can see inside people - that’s there as well - whether she knew that or not he would find out.

      𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐞 that was dubbed as veg-meat, Rey didn’t waste anytime taking a large bite, with seemingly no hesitation. Unlike Ben, it was as though she didn’t have to mentally prepare herself for this not so fulfilling meal. A crunch coming from the odorless food, for something that was suppose to be filled with vegetables and vitamins ( no matter how dehydrated they were ), it was 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀, and therefore more than likely 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 for someone who may have been use to freshly cooked food.

she kissed him deeply for a short while before pulling away . " we have to make them believe we're in love right ? show the senate the fruits of all their work ? " she reminded him softly in his ear . she was his wife in name , wrongfully taken to be his bride . and yet she masqueraded perfectly , pretending to be apart of a happy couple . only ren could see the true saddess hidden in her eyes before standing up to address her guests . 

The ship had been an easy find, not located far from where the Order was meeting diplomatically with politicians on Coruscant. The Falcon as many had called it had been giving the troops and a lot of the untrained upper staff a run for their money. Rey had heard a lot about this smuggler and when she confiscated the ship, with said smuggler in it; to say she was pleased was an understatement.

Once they reached the Finalizer, he was taken to a cell. Rey, wanting to be the one interrogating the man who was single-handedly supplying the outer rim with weapons, told the troopers that no one was allowed in but her. She knew Hux would try. When she entered, she could not deny that she was surprised; he was HANDSOME. It was a good thing she was wearing the mask that covered her face. It would not do to be blushing in front of a PRISONER. She walked in, black cloak rushing behind her, saber on her hip, awaiting her touch if the need to utilize it became a possibility.

allegiance pledged to the great supreme leader , every army at kylo ren's service . armitage hux was FORCED to be loyal , after almost getting force-choked by the new supreme leader and breathlessly hailing the knight of ren , no other choice left to be made . . . but you can kick a dog over & over until it turns back and BITES you ,, pretty h a r d too .

the best option seemed to be ignoring kylo . and even THAT , was difficult . since the younger man made it impossible for the general to ignore him and his childish anger tantrums . which aimed to destroy his precious ship most of the time . . . it was one of THOSE days it seems . hux's quiet bridge had drowned in the muffled screams of anger , unlike other officers who exchanged the glances of f e a r ,, armitage was WORRIED ; and only for his ship . oh that toddler in a bloody m a s k --

the datapad clutched in the leather clad hands had been slammed on the desk , the tall redhead made his way through the halls with long strides . knocking into a few stormtroopers in the way but paying to mind to their hasty sorrys . FIERCE glare and pursed lips . along with the usual scoff that never seemed to leave his pale complexion ; he was going to Slap ren this time . he swore to deathstar he W I L L .

the sight before him was something quite similar to h e l l ,, hux stopped dead in his tracks as he faced the remnants of what seemed to be a TIE fighter . and ren , with his lightsaber on . hux was probably going to EXPLODE from pure a n g e r at this point as he made his way to the knight , speaking loudly and clearly (- it startled the already scared TIE pilot ) .

the redness on his cheeks was of rage , his hand signaled the others to leave the room with an aggressive wave . he needs to speak to this angered tornado a l o n e .

once he was close enough to h i s s , hux rose his index finger and poked it quite harshly on the other's shoulder . to make his point clear .

with a clenched jaw & fiery eyes , he fixed his red locks with a trembling hand and looked around in distaste . now he has to go back to canto bight for new equipments . b u t back to ren .

     she hasn’t gotten a chance to eat at all yet today, so hair and makeup takes a BIT longer than usual as rey works through a granola bar as quickly as she can with the makeup artist constantly pushing her hand away. she knows she shouldn’t laugh and crease her face, but she’s shot at this studio before and the stylist remembers her, and she’s kind enough to let rey joke around with her to calm the pre-shoot jitters that never seem to DISSIPATE, no matter how many times she does this. talking to the photographer usually helps, so she’s actually on set a few minutes before her call time, perpetually early to every appointment with how worried she always is about being LATE. slowly, so as not to disturb the careful curls of her hair, she crosses the room towards the --- quite tall, really --- mildly intimidating figure behind the camera. “hi,” she chirps brightly, a wide smile spreading out across her face, “i’m rey.”
