What is Basketball?
Basketball is a kind of sport where 2 teams consisting of 5 players have the goal of shooting the ball into the opponents ring to score.
Recently, we played basketball with some secondary students and even though we took the game seriously, we enjoyed it and improved our teamwork and strategic thinking.
Playing basketball not only lets you have fun but also helps you burn a lot of calories as well which obviously helps you lose weight and become healthier. If you don’t like going to gym regularly, basketball is a good alternative for exercising.
