Il est très important de récolter les graines sur des sujets en bonne santé. Je vous conseille au début d’acheter des graines paysannes ou des graines anciennes. Par la suite ça vous permettra de récolter vos propres graines.

The participating organisation should discuss and finalise the scope of coverage and customisation of demographics, if required, prior to the survey launch date. Great Place To Work® Institute will draw a random sample based on the scope finalised and share the same with the participating organization before administering the survey.

The sample would be drawn based on the stratifier chosen by your organization. The sample drawn will represent your organization's actual population proportionately across that demographic. For instance, if you choose 'Grade/Level' as the stratifier, the sample would be drawn in following manner:
