intro to my workout blog
I don’t always have time to go to the gym, but there is not excuse to not working out. I work out to balance my energies & to get rid of my anger and stress. I decided to start my workout journal/ blog here to give anyone motivation. REMINDER: I love every part of my body, from head to toe. Thats why I chose to nourish it and give it finesse. I do not have a diet, I consume whatever I want but in fair portions.
March 10 workout

50 lunges (with weights) x2 =100
50 squats (with weights x2=100
15 push ups (with weights) x3= 45
15 bicep (with weight) x3 = 45
20 tricep & back (with weight) x3 =60
lower abs total of 10 min
upper and middle ab total of 5min
