Hey guys, Hoi Sang is training to become better at basketball. I have him on a program that is increasing his vertical leap and also working on his core and general strength. Hoi sang has improved his vertical jump so much in a short amount of time. Here he is with a 30" box and 4 plates on top (35" all up) Ps: don't try this jump with plates with out a trainer supervision.
