Ingredients: 4 lbs beef ribs. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tbsp smoked paprika. 1 tbsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Assorted vegetables for grilling e.g., bell peppers, zucchini.
Instructions: Set the stone grill and pizza oven outside to medium-high heat. Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and olive oil should all be mixed together and put on the beef ribs. Put the ribs on a hot grill and sear them for 5 minutes on each side. Brush the ribs with a lot of barbecue sauce to make sure they are well-coated with flavor. To cook the ribs without direct heat, move them to the pizza oven. Leave them in the oven for 40 minutes with the door closed. Grill the different vegetables until they are soft and slightly charred while the ribs are cooking. Make sure the ribs are done; they should taste great with smoke and be soft enough to easily pull apart. Take the baked goods and ribs out of the oven and grill.
