Shakes and bread
Went for a 5k run - went right to the store - bought ingredients for my stone age bread -went home - mixed the ingredients together and put in the oven - made a banana-raspberry milkshake - trained butt and belly. Now I'm enjoying my milkshake. I can't want for my stone age bread to be done! So looking forward to eating protein and healthy fibers instead of carbs when I'm eating bread, and see what impacts it has on my progress! Every fitblr should eat stone age bread, or at least black bread. It hurts my feeling that so many fitblrs are slowing their progress by eating white bread. "But I east Sara Lee, that's hea..." NO! It's not.
