STOCKHOLM SLAUGHTER: COUNTDOWN TO DESTRUCTION AND SUGGESTED MEETING POINT FOR THE FESTIVAL GOERS!

STOCKHOLM SLAUGHTER, the brand new extreme metal festival and brainchild of the driving force behind the world famous Eindoven Metal Meeting  and Vienna Metal Meeting,  District 19 (http://www.eindhovenmetalmeeting.com/2017 - http://www.viennametalmeeting.com/?lang=en - http://www.district-19.com/) is taking place in the Swedish capital on Saturday April 29th.  This staggering festival bill  includes bands of the like of mighty WATAIN  (performing their legendary opus Casus Luciferi) as the headliner, MOONSPELL, TIAMAT (exclusive set in Sweden), Icelandic sensation SOLSTAFIR who are about to release their new masterpiece  Berdreyminn (https://shop.season-of-mist.com/list/solstafir-berdreyminn) and NECROPHOBIC who have just signed a new record deal with Century Media Records. Swedish Shining have been forced to cancel their performance due to health issue: however,  Norwegian mastermind Gaahl and his  GAAHL’S WYRD has been added to the bill,  and will grace the hungry crowd with repertoire from Gaahl’s time in Trelldom, Gorgoroth and God Seed, in addition to brand new material. DRACONIAN, ARCHGOAT, MÅNEGARM and many more unmissable bands complete a  bill which will be nothing short of hell and fire.  

Stockholm will be taken over by a true metal slaughter on Saturday April 29th at the well known Fryshuset conveniently located via a short metro ride (stop: Gullmarsplan) from Stockholm main train station. Stockholm  can be easily reached via low-cost airlines (both Ryanair https://www.ryanair.com/gb/en/ and EasyJet (https://www.easyjet.com/en/), however for the UK based metalheads British Airways (www.ba.com) still offers great deals (also including hotels and car hire) due to the early May Bank Holiday, so fans can plan to enjoy the festival and extend the festival mood in true Swedish style around the capital.

STOCKHOLM SLAUGHTER,  a festival to remember! One day with plenty of detonation, 15 bands, 2 stages and 3 different bars: at the main stage, in the hallway in front of the Arena entrance and downstairs at the second stage (klubben). However, according to the Swedish alcohol regulations, beer stronger than 3,5% is only allowed to be sold after 5 PM at this particular venue.

NECROPHOBIC SIGN TO CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS

Swedish death metal squad NECROPHOBIC are proud to announce they have signed a record deal with Century Media Media for the world excluding USA and Canada.  Since the release  of their opus The Nocturnal Silence in 1993, NECROPHOBIC have establish themselves as one of the  most prominent Swedish death metal band. NECROPHOBIC are an excellent addition to Century Media unique rooster which includes fellow Swedish bands of the like of legendary Marduk,  Watain, Tribulation, Firespawn to name but few. 

NECROPHOBIC have also confirmed that the follow up to their latest  Womb of Lilithu which was released in 2013 is in the making.
