Guys and Girls!
I found out today that we can have a stock cube a day. Some people suggested making a stock drink, so of course I tried it! I added the hot water to half a cube, mixed it all in, added some black pepper, and you know what.... IT WAS SO DANG GOOD! After having 2 mugs, I felt like I had eaten a lovely chicken dinner! It was lovely after a few days of sweet meal replacements. This however, is not to be had as a meal replacement due to the lack of nutrients and calories. We still need that extra replacement to keep us feeling full and keep the ketosis going. This is 100% going to be my new not so guilty pleasure!
Also... Gotta love a Doctor Who mug, am I right?

... can I still use a broth cubicle that expired in 2012? would it still melt? i licked it and it still has a strong soup taste so it should be fine right??
