Tied Knots KAL

WHAT: Cast on and knit this beautiful hat, designed by Justyna Lorkowska! A great opportunity for knitters to have fun with cabling.

Soooo mittens are super easy and my brain just didn’t like all the words in the pattern... There were some funny bits and clearly the yarn lied to me, but it is done. The right one took almost 3 weeks to finish and the left one took 2 days, mostly due to lazy.

This was super fun and I will be participating in the next round!! @stitcherywitchery 

Above are a couple of items I worked up in Madelinetosh DK in the “Spicewood” colourway. Both are by Boo Knits. The top two rows are of the “Thisbe” shawl. The bottom row is of the “Brucie” hat, originally meant for a child, but it “blocked out” to a grown-up size!

It was a winter wonderland ❄️❄️

My first Totoro mittens made for someone at work. It is my second time trying to knit these, the first time I was way too tight!

I sized up a needle size to 4mm and I used Drops Lima, which is a super gorgeous squishy yarn. It is my new favourite for natural fibers. 💕
