#still optimistic

How the new year is going so far: read Susannah Heschel’s book on a jewish islam, did some more research on jewish orientalists in the 19th & 20th century, practised some arabic, listened to a concert by the czech philarmonica from Sergej Rachmaninow’s No. 2 c-Moll op.18 on the radio, translated my daily bible verses from hebrew and ancient greek, took all my vitamins and ate well.

Every state is a swing state and the polls don’t matter... is pretty much how this is going.
